SAMCO Consumers Warranty Terms and Conditions
The SAMCO Parts warranty covers defects in materials
or workmanship only.
Warranty is for replacement of similar product or refund
of purchase value only excluding all labor and ancillary
charges such as collection, fitting, inconvenience,
purchasing of other manufacturers products and is good
for a period of 12 months from date of purchase or
20,000 KM.
whichever comes first. Warranty can be claimed by
consumers through SAMCO head office directly or
SAMCO regional authorized distributors. Proof of
mileage will be required. Original purchase receipts or
installation receipts may be requested by SAMCO.
There is absolutely no warranty on any SAMCO product
for race use. SAMCO Parts are manufactured for smooth
driving.
Drivers must assess the performance and
durability of SAMCO Parts products themselves if any
SAMCO product is to be used in racing.
Warranty only applies to the original owner of the vehicle
